Phil Fraser

A specialist in social marketing and strategic communication Phil’s CV covers working as the Head of Regional Marketing for the Government’s centre of excellence for communications, the COI. Working with government departments and the public sector to produce behavioural change campaigns on issues such as smoking, cancer, drug abuse and domestic violence, he also represented the COI at the International Social Marketing conference. Phil has also worked with Local Authorities to develop strategic communication programs for Fostering and Adoption recruitment, and for the British Red Cross where he headed up corporate marketing and campaigns.
